One of the most important issues in the organization organized within an academic structure is the blending of young students with researchers who have made progress in their education. In particular, all of the students who took part in the congress management as assistants joined the club after a strict selection; they later took part in the congresses, earned degrees and are experienced researchers about the functioning of the process. The young economists who take part in the board and who manage the entire institutional communication network of the congress as the secretariat experience the process closely with all its details and are trained in order to gain experience in this and all similar organizations in the future.
